Job Description
Join our Network Operations team as a Technical Support Engineer and play a crucial role in maintaining our network infrastructure and ensuring optimal performance for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote sessions
- Maintain and update network documentation and procedures
- Implement network security measures and monitor for threats
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues
- Perform regular network maintenance and upgrades
- Configure and install network equipment and software
- Monitor system resource utilization and capacity planning
Technical Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in technical support or network operations
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Understanding of network security principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in shift rotations including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- CCNA or similar networking certification
- Experience with help desk or IT support
- Knowledge of cloud networking concepts
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash)

Work Schedule
